Military cemetery

What a fitting tribute to our fallen comrades in the heart of Cambridgeshire.. only found out about this cemetery due to a plaque at all hallows in Kent where a bomber from its first mission crashed into the Thames estuary.. took some pictures, said a prayer and cried.. they gave their tomorrow's for our todays..may they rest in peace x

not too big and good for a walk

A small “Arlington” just an hour long walk from Ottawa city centre. Beautiful and calm place where you can relax and remind yourself bit of the history.There is a M4 Sherman tank and couple of cannons on display.

It was a wonderful experience for me to see the gravesite of many prominent people of canada

What a fantastic place to visit. Very thought provoking. To see the amount of graves just here and dead the missing peoples names leaves you in awe of what people sacrificed for the world we live in today. There is a Canada building just inside the gate where you can read some of the stories of what people went through. Lovely place for a visit and walk around. I only got to see a little bit on my visit here but I will definitely be returning again.

The cemetery is fine and has alot of history. The roads and grass could be maintained better. The perimeter fence definitely should be redone but not with a chain link fence; it should be a brick style or stone fence all around making it look sturdier and classier specially since the cemetery is the middle of the city.

I would strongly recommend going someplace else.I hired Luesby Memorial to do some work on my mother's headstone and asked them to send pictures of their work when it was completed. I paid in full in advance, as was expected. I live in the States, so I trusted them to do the work, having dealt with them in the past. After a YEAR they still had not done the work. At long last, WELL AFTER A YEAR HAD GONE BY and having to involve a relative living in the area to go have a chat with Luesby, the work was completed, but I never got a picture per our agreement. After yet another phone call, I was told the owner would call me, but of course, he never did. I eventually got the picture, but only after hounding them and pitching a fit. This is not the way to do business.
